Joe Drozd
Founder of GlitchBot at CyberHeroes. Writes about project planning, scheduling, and what breaks when delivery meets reality.
I build GlitchBot, an AI project planning platform, at CyberHeroes in the UK. Most of what I write here comes out of that work — either something we got wrong and had to fix, or a pattern that kept recurring across projects until it seemed worth writing down.
My bias, stated up front: I think the reason teams abandon project plans is almost never that planning is useless, and almost always that maintaining the plan costs more than it returns. Most of my writing follows from that view, and you should read it knowing I have a commercial interest in it being true.
